FEAR NOT; ONLY BELIEVE (by Smith Wigglesworth)

OUR TRUST MUST BE IN GOD
2 Cor. 3:4-5

THE MESSAGE: We need to get to a place where we are beyond trusting in ourselves. Beloved, there is so much failure in self-assurances. It is not bad to have good things along the line of satisfaction, but we must never rest upon anything in the human. There is only one sure to rest upon, and our trust is in God.
In His name we go, In Him we trust. And God brings us the victory. When we have no confidence in ourselves, but when our whole trust rests upon the authority of the mighty God, He has promised to be with us at all times, and to make the path straight, and to make a way through all the mountains. Then we understand how it was that David could say, "Your gentleness has made me great" (2 Sam. 22:36).

MIRACLE: He pulled out a tubing, and showed me a piece about nine inches long. This left an opening in his stomach, through which he had been feeding himself with liquid for 3 months. He was a living skeleton, but I could help him according to the Word of God.
If a person "does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he said will be done, he will have whatever he says" (v 23).
In the name of the Lord, I said to him, "Go home and eat a good supper." He went home and told his wife that the preacher said he had to have a good supper. She prepared a supper, and when it was ready, he began chewing his food over and over. But the Word of God must come to pass. I said he should have a good supper, and he was able to swallow his food; he ate until he was full. He had a new experience. When he awoke the next morning, knowing what had happened, out of curiosity, he looked down at his stomach, and he found out that God had healed him; the opening in his stomach had been closed.

INTERPRETATION OF A MESSAGE IN TONGUES: God is lifting you out of yourself into Himself.

QUOTE: Now God does not want anybody in the world, under any circumstances, to be in a place where he lives on eyesight and on feelings. Faith never looks and Faith never feels. Faith is an act, and Faith without an act is not Faith, but doubt and disgrace. Everyone of you has more Faith than you are using.

MEMORY VERSE: Psalms 91:2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust.

SONG: Only believe, only believe,
All things are possible, only believe
Only believe, only believe,
All things are possible, only believe.
